Founder, NeXa Advisory
Nemanja brings over 20 years of experience across banking, fintech, payments and digital finance. His background spans executive leadership, business building and advisory work for institutions ranging from early-stage fintechs to established banks.
He has built and scaled financial businesses, designed payments and partnership models, and led operating and risk transformation inside regulated institutions across European markets.
Before founding NeXa Advisory, Nemanja held senior positions in financial services where he was responsible for strategy, partnerships, product development and operational delivery.
Every engagement is led personally — clients work with the person doing the work, not a layered delivery team.
